Premier Boxing for Fitness uses motivation, accountability and dynamic training to get you the body you want. We’ve designed and customized exclusively for women and men of varying body types and fitness levels. You won’t lift beyond your level or perform movement out of your skill set. You will perform exercises, comprised of constantly varied functional movements, that mimic everyday movements so you will be stronger and more efficient in your day to day activities.
Our Small Group Boxing + Strength Training are the secret to increase productivity, reduced stress and having twice as much energy.

DURATION:
This 10 Drop-In Workout Pass consists of:
- Group Workout Schedule Sessions times:
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday: (9am to 10am) (5pm to 6pm) & (7:45pm to 8:45pm)
- Tuesday & Thursday (6pm to 7pm)
- 10-session pass must be used within 45 days from first session use.
- Sessions are 60 Minutes in Duration.
Boxing Gloves are not provided. Gloves are available for purchase at Premier Boxing for Fitness or feel free to bring your own. 10-session pass must be used within 45 days from first session use. Registration required on the Premier Boxing for Fitness app. May redeem across visits. Must sign waiver.
