PREMIER BOXING FOR FITNESS ADULT BOXING + STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS is a high intensity workout that melts those calories away and give you the opportunity to de-stress.

PREMIER BOXING FOR FITNESS ADULT BOXING + STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS provide you with boxing orientated workouts that incorporate a variety of exercises using heavy bag work, boxing combinations, strength and conditioning equipment, medicine ball work, jumping rope, agility training, and abdominal exercises. These sessions give you a full body workout and help increase your cardiovascular endurance whilst also helping you gain boxing skills and self defense techniques.

Another reason for group exercises is that people love energetic atmospheres.  People want to leave their dreaded day spent in a cubicle-and the people or things stressing them out-behind.  They want to escape into great music and inspiring coaching. 

What you will learn?

Premier Boxing for Fitness uses motivation, accountability and dynamic training to get you the body you want.  We’ve designed and customized exclusively for women and men of varying body types and fitness levels.  You won’t lift beyond your level or perform movement out of your skill set.  You will perform exercises, comprised of constantly varied functional movements, that mimic everyday movements so you will be stronger and more efficient in your day to day activities. 

Our Adult Group Boxing + Strength Training Sessions are the secret to increase productivity, reduced stress and having twice as much energy.

DURATION:

This Total Transformation Challenge consists of:

  • 6 weeks of Training
  • (5) days a week training with a certified personal trainers and certified USA boxing coaches
  • total of 30 small group workout training sessions
  • Sessions are 60 Minutes in Duration

Adult Group Boxing + Strength Training Sessions are available for participants aged 18 or older. The 6 weeks Boxing + Strength Training must be used within 60 days from first session use. Boxing Gloves are not provided. Gloves are available for purchase at Premier Boxing for Fitness or feel free to bring your own.  Registration required. May redeem across visits. Must sign waiver.
