Eddie A. –  Studio Manager

Eddie’s passion for being the best he could be physically started early in life.  He enjoyed being on the sports teams in school and pushing his body to being the best it could be so then he could play at the best of his abilities on the field.  He also found great satisfaction in helping others around him.  Through personal training he was able to merge his love of  just being fit and helping others into a job that he loves doing.  Helping others in their own fitness journey to achieve their goals is what makes Eddie love his job.

  • Boxing is his passion
  • Has no tattoos
  • Played football but also had a passion for baseball

Edward J. – Head Trainer

Edward’s love of fitness started in middle school playing baseball.  That continued through college and led him to getting a BS in Athletic Training. He’s always looking for ways to keep exercise enjoyable and effective!

Fun Facts

  • In forth grade memorized all 50 states and capitals in ONE night.
  • Tried his first taco at 16
  • Loves to play Call of Duty
  • Loves spending time with his family and playing sports with his son.

Jessie Y. –  Assistant Trainer

Believes that training shouldn’t just change your physical body, but should also bring about positive changes in your attitude, confidence and motivation.  She loves seeing the clients succeed and achieve things they thought they couldn’t, and she sees every victory as a personal one for  not just the member but herself as well.

  • Has a twin who lives in Virginia
  • Enjoy horseback riding and camping
  • Has 4 dogs and 1 betta fish called Sushi
  • Always has a book around. (Loves to read)

Brenda S. – Trainer

Brenda is a power house.  She’s been with the team for 11 months and brings a wealth of experience along with a huge passion for fitness. Her classes may be challenging, but her friendly and encouraging attitude will get you through and wanting more!

  • Has a parrot named Mr. Beau Jangles
  • Wants to visit London
  • Loves apples but hates applesauce
  • Been in fitness for 14 years

Jonathan C. – Trainer

Jonathan feels that the only way to train is the right way the first time. Results are a direct reflection of the time and work invested into getting them, and if you want to obtain it… then you need to fight for it. He loves seeing the smile and excitement on other people’s faces when they realize they accomplished their goals and are living a healthier lifestyle!

  • Has a miniature schnauzer called Abby
  • Has skydived twice  (WHY?)  lol

  • But was a dancer for 7 years
